The development organizations is an integrated process and includes technical and physical aspects, taking into account the humanitarian aspects, lack of awareness of or inability to apply the principles and foundations of the organizational development process of this deep understanding is the worst thing

the Hardest part resides in letting go of your old employees thoughts and system which could hurt them not mentioning the new guys will feel their time is coming sooner or later

Good evening Mr. Cariappa Appaiah and thanks for this stimulating invitation to give my contribution.

Well, from the point of view of the oranizational structure, the sad point 'is' (I would prefer 'could be' because this is not always the case) the organizational mechanism itself. In large organizations -not necessarily MNC- also small, apparently irrelevant changes may require huge amounts of time and energy (the so-called 'mountain that gives birth to a mouse'). No idea how to fix it as a 'rule of thumb' because every organisation has its own rules so is senseless to generalize.

From an individual perspective, the sad part is a more interesting one, at least for a multitasking professional like me with a highly interconnected clinical/organizational background.

What I can say is, the weakest (and the greatest) point is always the 'human nature', not being us in the position to force others to growth, to change or to empower (in private life as well as at work :)

Nevertheless (and differently from previous point) in these circumstances along years I have developed a personal 'one size fits all' approach to overcome individual resistance against change or personal/organizational development: I sincerely enjoy to put others in the condition to feel free to do what I say !

Hoping this helps.

The saddest part is when the 'so-called OD Specialists' have no idea about Organizational Development and they are the ones anchoring all OD projects at the company!
