fresh graduate have no idea about the practical and ground realities of the work done in market. they are talented but we have to focus on the importance of internship programs to make it more convenient and accessible for fresh graduates

As of today I see fresh grads are having hard time on finding a job ,,in this case the companies should try their capabilities because as a fresh grads they are still excited how to be at work and how is it like when you are in a responsibility and you are in a real world of work.These students who just came out to the real world are more focus fresh eyes and curious on what is happening outside their campus they are more cautious and afraid to be scolded by their superiors and more dependable on job that lead them into a learning process which they tend to enjoy their time at work and they do such good works too.
