ما هو الفرق بين القانون الحالي و القانون الجديد؟

Current Law is law which has been enforced for quite some time  and the provisions of the current law are more or less settled with various Court rulings whereas on the other hand New Law is law which has been notified for enforcement recently and interpretaion of its clauses requires consideration.
