Nothing is determined , we creat what we believe , we creat what we think..

every thing we see in our life is our creation , our belief system creates the "so called" our external world,   the only thing that is determined is that U R the creational force of ur fate .

WE DON'T BELIEVE WHAT WE SEE ,,,,,  WE SEE WHAT WE BELIEVE .

Both. We have free will and our choices are known already.

In fact, am not gonna refer much to philosophy and religion here , i'll rather refer to physics.. Relativity to be specific.Too many details, but in short: Time does not flow, you're th eone who moves. If Time is a river, the river is frozen, it's not flowing. You're the one wlaking by the shore. The part you see of the river now is The PresentThe part you just passed by is the recent PastThe part you're gonna pass by is The Future

etc...

Your free will is the route you choose to take on the shore. Of course there are branches for the river, and your choices determine which branch ( which events) you go through. But the whole "frozen" river with its branches is there. All events are listed already. It's your walk that takes you to your destiny.if you wanna know why the river is frozen, that's relativity, that's another big story, but in short. Time is relative. What you perceive as The Present is someone's else past and a third's future.
