for small hotels DX Systems are best like packages, VRV and even Large DX AHUs etc

According to your application ( Hotel) the most economically system ( Running or operating cost) and achieving the desired Temperatures. Is the Air cooled Chillers

depends on the hotel on how it is designed. If big, say a5 star hotel with too many flats can be giving chilled water cooling system, as the cost matters, although the initial cost be on a higher side. But for a small hotel, ducted split ac units can be given. Again for cost saving method, VRF system also plays an important role.
