B. "When we recently visited there was a man who had reserved about three or four slot machines and i felt this was unfair. I wanted to sit next to my mum and play on a machine next to her as she was a novice at it. I would like to see machines only being reserved one per person so that other people can have a go and play"

Hello there Jessica!

 

Basically, with this case, it's all about the services strategy where they would put reservation on their items for it to be count as sold for that day.  In terms, of reservation the item would only be entitled "reserved" after the payment has been made or thru credit cards might be.  But reservation will only take minutes and the longest would be is being reserved as 24 hours -this was based on fare tickets. but if the company reserved an item without any payment or contract- this might be another story. there might be a very big problem on their customer service.
