Managing the warehouses of the factory including raw material, package, finished products, spare parts and distribution center

Manage team of warehouse supervisors, admins, forklift drivers and labors

Manage the storage of goods according to hygiene standard and safety instructions

Follow FIFO & LIFO & FEFO Implementations, Safety instructions, KPI'S, Trace-ability, Storage's, Distributions, Forklifts, Inventory, Safety Stock, Operations, Dispatching and planning

Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods

Ensuring that health, safety, cleanliness, common manufacturing (GMP) and security standards of the work environment are met as per the organization’s guidelines

Monitor staff to ensure that all vehicles and equipment are operated in an efficient safe manner

Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster

 Manage daily activities and leads the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work of the distribution center

Monitors inventory levels, stock tracking
