Do you prefer an employee who takes further studies after employing? or a full time employee?

I would prefer an employee who furthers his/ her education after employment, especially if the education is in line with his career. He thus assures me of keeping abreast with the changing trends and positively impacting the company.

Remember theories needs to be practiced, but only if you have them, otherwise your old education becomes obsolete.
