What is heating coil purpose in fahu?

usually in areas like middle east we employ fcu with normal chilled water with out duct heaters except in hospitals application or industrial application in order to to heat the air within building the heat coil is used in fahu it self this eliminates the duct heater and humidifiers in the building leading to higher efficiency and cost saving for the project.

in case of seasonal areas like india pakistan we employ ahu wtih heating coil so this way we save cost and energy in these areas.

To heat the air and thus no load on FCUs to heat fresh air.

More over fresh air if heated can absorb more moisture thus reduce dryness through fresh air for FCUs.
