if it is in my field and in my career bath... If management and team supporting me to accept it... I will go for it.

From my experience. good talented persons always want to be 100% ready before accepting new challenge... you will never be 100% and you will lose your life chances...

It is the opposite… your thoughts of incompleteness and weakness will bush you to give more efforts and your best… In this way you will succeed…
