It is a general question though the answer would be dependent on various things. First of all, the definition of crime, nature of the crime and then what would be the consequences of crime.
Any crime, which is a crime, needs to be reported to the law and order agency of the country. Though before reporting one needs to have all the proofs that he is a criminal. Or otherwise be ready to search for another job.

This cannot be a general question. Especially crime is dealt by State and thereby he had to face Criminal proceedings and prosecution initiated by State.
When it comes to Disciplinary proceedings, it is dealt by internal disciplinary committee which was formed and managed under the company wherein they can seek explanation for the charges levelled against him/her and do the required inquiry and ask him/her to stepdown as CEO and had to face further criminal proceedings initiated by State as well.
