Whats new approach of treatment of persistant Scabies?

Scabies is a contagious disease and very common in developing countries specially in children with low living standards and water shortage and lack of awareness. Sulfur was the latest treatment approach but i find difficulties in treating patients with persistent Scabies. Do you have some new approach to treat this disease? Dr AZHAR ,
