Most of the companies develop their websites without knowing much about the results it will be giving. What's your say on this?

If I were to predict the outcome of this, I'd say they will have their site up for a couple of months and will ask for it to change again. Or it will just be an obscure page with no visitors and will just be left untouched until the domain expires.

It's best to study your audience first before creating your website. And when you have all the data and stats that you have, build your website to cater your target visitors.
