that's from the biggest problems !

for PCs its so easy , just remove the battery for some time with removing power cable [ and laptop battery ]

but for laptop and similar you need specialist to test a lot of circuits parts to make a strange connection to reset the password , that's not for bios or UEFI only but it can be for storage hard drive too

Reset your bios either by reflashing it or removing the BIOS battery and placing it back after10 seconds
