What is the right action if a fire occurs in the microwave oven?

Switch electricity the proper way Use extinguisher A.S.A.P Call emergency if fire goes out of control

SWITCH OFF, SWITCH OFF, SWITCH OFF

IF CONFUSED AND NOT TRAINED, PRESS THE FIRE ALARM SWITCH AROUND YOU (THE SMALL SQUARE RED BOX WITH A GLASS ON IT)

IF TRAINED, USE A CO2 or DCP.  Water might be dangerous in some cases.  A fire blanket is a good option to always have at hand.  DO NOT USE ANYTHING IF YOU ARE CONFUSED.

Ask people to go away from the scene.  Inform Security if you can for more assistance.

1. turn off electricity (main braker)

2. treat as a solid fire (powder/CO2 or water)

3. dont over use the extinguishing materail more than the fire size. 

Turn off the electricity switch from the main socket, then unplug the device from the electrical socket to cut off the electricity feed for the device, use a fire extinguisher to put off the fire.

Switch off the power immedeately and use a co2 extinguishers to pu off the fire
