1- clean the surface of roof slab

2-priemier coat

3-membrane sheet heated and coat

Roof Thermal and Water proofing layer is use

1. To insulate the roof slab to avoid the heat transfer inside the building. Good roof thermal insulation result in saving the cost of air conditioning

2. To ensure the water tightness of the structure and enhancing the durability of the structure.

Typical Roof Thermal Insulation can be off

1. Heavy Duty Styro foam

2. Hollow tiles

3. Foam Concrete

4. Mud, Wheat Straw Layer (Cheap Solution)

Typical Water Proofing Layer can be of

1. Cold Applied Bitumenous Layer

2. PVC  membrane.

3. Cementitous and Acrylic base sprayed membrane

First, the thermal insulation is made of foam concrete which is a cement, water and chemical materials and is placed on the surfaces of external exposed and there is another material thermal foam (this is determined according to what the owner or specification requires) Then comes the waterproofing, which is an asphalt material and laminated lintels and is placed on the foam concrete after drying, and the kitchens, bathrooms and exposed outdoor floors (ie, a region with high water exposure)

# For Reinforced Cement structures sprayed polyurathane in combination with UV resistant coating or mozaic recommended depending on foot traffic or  expected floor loading

# For Structural Insulated Panels no additional considerations needed

This is too generalised a question . Specifics of location and substrate details required to offer appropriate response

For Roof, commonly used are the Combo Roof for Concrete Roof Slab. For Galvanized Iron Roof panels, it is highly suggested to use Insulated Sandwich panels, with pre-painted galvanized iron profiled sheets, and injected polyurethane insulation (thickness may vary as per the Client's approval) and again covered with inner skin of pre-painted galvanized iron sheet. You may also use for thermal insulation instead of polyurethane, have PIR Core (polyicocyanurate)

u can use PVC or Bituminous shesets or EPDM or HDPE or cementiouses base material & you can use spray poliyuorethane  for the water proofing then u put the heat insulation over that layer

Bottom up sequence:

-Foam Concrete to form proper slopes

-Waterproofing Bituminus Membrane

-Geotextile protection layer

-Polyethelene thermal insulation sheets

-Protection layer

-Loos laid pavement or concrete panels.
