What is the most user-friendly and efficient project management software out there?

MS Project is more user friendly. However is is good for small scal project without highlevel requirement of resource planning.

In the oposite Primavera is less user friendly but having more options in resource planning & budgeting. It is suitable for large scale & advanced planning.

for O&G P6 is the best planning & scheduling software

primavera p6 is the best Project Management software.

I think MS Project off microsoft is easy and cheap
