What is the nature of the product (restaurant)?

Product can be either non-perishable or perishable. The product can be termed as 'productized -service' or a 'serviced product'

Restaurant can be classified as casual or fine dining space. Mostly casual dining or fast-food or coffee chains fall under a productized service i..e the product is bundled as a service using convenience, speed of delivery and price factors e.g. Mc donalds - it is a fast-food service restaurant. Whereas a fine dining bundles the exclusivity and brand experience in the product served and hence is more of a luxury service which is productized using ambience and quality factors.
