What happens when organizational management decides to set up an internal cloud solution? what is IT challenges?

when the company decide to migrate all there services over a private cloud this will include the following;

• consider buidling a full orcheastration cloud layer for virtualization, as well for shared storage and network.
• VM creation, data and application migration shall be over the cloud shared infrastructure rather than the separate infrasture they used to manage.
• reacrechticture of the DR and backup scenarios.
• considering the cost of new licensing , and new vendor products to adopt the cloud solution.

some of the challenges are;

• most of the time , callibers of the IT team are not trained to design and archeitic an automated cloud solution. so the company might consider hiring or consulting providers for this move.
• if the company is orperating across different sites and datacenters, Integration could be one of the challenges.
