Confirm the weather, temp. of mix should be not ess than 140º Celcius at site before laying.

ensure loose particles/foregin materials removed from the laying area

Ensure all equipments are in good condition

Check Whether report and condition: temperature, rain, fog

 proper spreading of MC 70 without  any dust, or water

 checking the machinery maintenance record and make sure no oil leak

 proper safety condition at the site

Always watch for the weather condition, check everything you need if they are in place otherwise these will cause a delay, because the damages will be charge against you.

main factors to be considered before requesting delivery is the weather conditions . even if the HMA meets the requirements if the weather condition is worse we cannot pave the asphalt . secondly the road surface should be cleaned using a compressor to remove dust and gravel particles on the road . this should be done before mc 1 and later before paving . then comes all other factors of HMA
