Who is responsible for OHS related illness at work site?

The lowest level of supervision.  But the accountability is always with the senior most person of the company which is why MR reports to the Chair.

Direct supervisor notify  to the safety officer. and based on illness and data analysis  appropriate corrective  and preventive action shall be taken by higher management.
