No, we cannot use different Ad extension for different Ad in the same Adgroup. You can use ad extension at Campaign level and Adgroup level. You can add one or more extension for your individual adgroup and AdWords will show one or more extensions with your ad when it calculates that the extension (or combination of extensions) will improve your performance, and when your Ad Rank is high enough for it to appear. Adding an extension won’t guarantee that it will show with your ad, but you can keep track of when your extensions are appearing on the Ad extensions tab.
I will suggest you to add any one extension which shows more information to the people who are searching. You will have to understand which extension will be beneficial to the customers and will help in getting better CTR.
Example- If you know that you want to show all the features and benefits of using your product or service, then Call out extension is great. Mention the features and add the call out extension to you campaign.
You can use multiple Ad extension on a single Ad group, but then Google will randomly pick up the extension to show up with your ad that too depending on your Ad Rank
