The simple ways and means to become an ideal employee of the company?

Why do you want to be "ideal"?   What benefit will you obtain?  Who's definition of "ideal"?  What differerence will it make to you or anybody else if you become "ideal"?

Do want promotion?  If so, to what level?  A sideways move?  The approval of your colleagues?  Extra gratitude from your customers?

Think carefully about what you really want to achieve.  The route to achieve it will then be much clearer.
