Kaizen, the word kaizen originate from JAPAN, the meaning of KAI is Change and Meaning of ZEN is better. The whole meaning of KAIZEN is "change for betterment". it can help you to organize the shopfloor activities to avoid the unproductive work or zero value added activities.
