What are the concepts of educational administration?

Administration can be defined as the process by which goals are achieved through collective and cooperative human effort in a suitable environment.

Running of education institutions which involves guidance, leadership and controlling of the efforts of individuals in the achievement of the goals of he institution.

- Managment of resources 

- Human material

- Evaluation or appraising the result of educational efforts.

Our educational administration is absolutely wrong and are gaping flaws in how we educate is really to say that society is fundamentally ill. The individual is naturally inclined to do good and meaningful work. Unfortunately, society bends this human nature into an unnatural competition that essentially ruins us.

The forces of destruction begin with toddlers — a prize for the best Halloween costume, grades in school, gold stars — and on up through the university. On the job, people, teams, and divisions are ranked, reward for the top, punishment for the bottom. Management by objectives, quotas, incentive pay, business plans, put together separately, division by division, cause further loss, unknown and unknowable. Our prevailing system of management has destroyed our people. People are born with intrinsic motivation, self-respect, dignity, curiosity to learn, joy in learning.

basic concepts underlying school building administration. The theory and practice of educational administration is analyzed and major concepts of formal organization, motivation, authority, leadership, decision making, conflict in organization, and organizational change are analyzed. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.

but in present time its absolutly wrong.They arenot provided meaningful education and unbale to make good business man.
