When you can use warfarin in patient with anti-phospholipide syndrome?

in management of thromboembolism like in pulmonary embolism

For thrombosis, perform full anticoagulation with intravenous or subcutaneous heparin followed by warfarin therapy. 

When evident thromboembolism is there like Pulmonary embolism , DVT

Pulmonary embolism

stroke

arterial thrombosis

I had to give warfarin as a prophylactic  to a patient with previous thrombosis attack and had positive titre of  Lupus anticoagullant ab, and anti cardiolipin ab in anti phospholipid syndrome

Patient with antiphospholipid syndrome may be evaluated in an outpatient setting. 

in primary antiphospholipid antibody and scondary antiphospholipid antibody (in SLE)syndrome.. positive antiboy othrwise in infections or other conditions is no indication

 Immediate lifelong anti coagulation 

When there is evidence of a blood clot

WHEN THEY DEVELOP THROMBOEMBOLISM

when they develop thrombosis
