I agree .. The leader is the person who share his knowledge with his team and who join the team to complete the mission not like a boss who gives orders and wait for redults

I agree, being a leader is good, it is expected a leader will be a part of team and lead a common goal. But being boss it is not possible. Bosses have different roles. From my EQ. Thanks
