Whats the best answer for a qustion by employer asked : 1- why you applying this job ? 2- how you solve your problem ? even we still dont understand exactlely which problem face us . ?

First and foremost to apply for a job means that you have good knowledge of your potentials and/or you like to take on challenges I personally am a challenge junky I need new challenges all the time. that would include new environment , language , country , sector anything to keep my mind busy. 

Problem solving is kind of in the DNA of an engineer ( for my case) people think that problems are the difficult part of the job but the truth is far from that, the most difficult part is to deal and interact with other departments cause it is mathematical proved that if it is a problem than it has a solution. 

Even if you don't exactly understand the problem that we face , it is still a problem therefore it has a solution, let's be practical about it all problems need clarity and calm in order to be solved. 

 

Answer no1: Every experience and top class educated person try to fly on sky.

2. It is depend upon situation either it is inter management level or external that's he or she take decision.

3., try to explore evidence,reality and then judge situation with patient   

I apply to the job because Experienced candidate : of relevant experience Fresher : my career of interest. I solve any problem by analysing the root cause. Basically, by understanding it.

Based on the job, interviewer needs to provide impression and must atleast to meet up their expectation.
