Which time is best for employment opportunities in U.A.E during a year?

Ideally, you should start exploring your options between the months of September and May (barring December). This is the best time for job hunting in Dubai. You must avoid carrying out your search in the months of December, June, July and August as the big bosses, who are also the key decision makers when it comes to recruitment, are usually on vacation. 

Important days and events like Ramadan, Moharrum-ul-Haram should also be avoided for job search as most  businessmen would be travelling and will be unavailable to interview you.

I think during the spring is the best monent

Anytime based on your luck, market is always open for everyone but rather lucky one would get it soon. 

If the target is in deep and dire trouble due to the lack of employees, that would be your golden chance.

Its all depends of one's Luck.  I think Sep, Oct And Nov are the best months for job hunt in UAE. A lot of my friends and family came to uae in these months and got a job. But again its all depends on luck.

After Ramadan the hiring activity goes up every year.

Oct, Nov, Dec are the best to hunting job in UAE.

Anytime is good except during Ramadan as things slow down during this time.  People come and go all the time therefor opportunities are always available.  The problem is that there are usually many candidates applying for these positions and competition is high.  Be sure that your follow up your leads and stay positive.  Summer months can be slow depending which field you are applying, and the summer holidays might be frustrating since many people travel out of the country.  Good Luck
