What's the best web framework to learn in 2016?

It all depends upon what are you good in and how fast you can write and develop good application with strong secutiry.But for me Microsoft Dot Net Framework is best as future is Microsoft slowly slowly Microsoft Visual Studio.net merging all rival technologies in one plateform......now just imagine you can develop different applications and can use different platefarms in one place (Visual Studio.net).F#.Net, C#.Net, C++.Net, VB.Net, ASP.net, JAVA, JAVAScript, HTML, CSS, J-Query, Windows Forms, Web Services, WCF, Silverlight, Databases Development, Microsoft Mobile Applications Development and now even Android and IOS Apps Development and much  more.....

For me it's IONIC for now , it's simple and gives us a powrful framework
