In my experience, solutions from Eset and Kaspersky have been working the best in a production environment. Bitdefender is also one that I would recommend, altough they are a bit expensive. It would be wise for you to have a central management solution installed as this will help you with a lot of tasks.

For Android I cannot recommend an antivirus because of the way the OS is build. The applications run in isolated containers so that antivirus can only scan files that you downloaded and to which it has permissions. If you do not install apps from an unknown source, you will most likely be ok.
