Uses Agile approach to get a more flexible approach to the project and get to assess the system several times to make sure that it meets the quality needed to be completed.

IT starts with effective planning of quality management. Once we put effective quality management in place that describes what polices , procedures, and what quality standards should be performed through out the project, to ensure project is moving forward as per the stakeholder expectations that it becomes easy to handle quality for the entire project.
