if project is delayed two times then defiantly other two factor will be affected due to more cost and poor quality to recover the delay. Your cash flow will be collapsed and you will have to face for penalty if did not cover delay.

The question is hard to understand. This could happen when using an online translator, so perhaps a reviser could help. Perhaps I’m wrong but it depends on the function cost(t). Normally in terms of linear model the objective could be something like minimize the summing for all t:

Min Sum_all_t_(q_ti)*(p_ti) , for  all tasks i q_ti being the amount of time for task I, and p_ti the cost for that time doing task i.

I hope when modeling you did a table with min/max cost, max/min time, and slack.

So the result if things continue is that by the end of the deadline things won’t be delivered and probably budget is depleted.

You need to find at least an admissible solution like: using all the slack to get back on track and think carefully before starting anymore stages of the project.

the way i understand this, if the project was delayed what is the effect to the other constraints which are cost and quality. Correct, if there is a significant effect on cost as you need to recover the time spent already and double time with the activities so that you will meet the deadline by the Project Sponsor. By doing such, you crash the schedule, employ enough manpower, that will defnitely increased your indirect cost. BUT even then, make sure that you do not compromise the quality of your works while undertaking overtime works. Very good planning practices should be well established by the Project Manager and a lot more to do.

Cost will increase & quality will reduce as we will be trying to catch up time.

Cost and time constrains will be in front of manager.

please...ask again your question...try to be more specific

Yes I agree with this statement, certainly it would effect cost of the project if some thing delays unnecessarily.
