The pneumatic signals are still in use as they have following benifits:

1. Maintenance cost is very Low

2. Can be used in Hazardous areas

3. Inexpensive

4. Achieving Fail Safe conditions with pneumatic signals/ systems is easy.

5. Accuracy is good.

Now a days bin card use is necessary ?
