There is a big majority of gamers and app users who do appreciate the work and effort put into the game. Yes it is true that there are those who only care for the end result but there are just as many others who dream of making games. Game reviews and such go into detail not just of gameplay but as well as artwork and movement. 

The harsh fact is gamers and app users won't care about how much efforts of work been in the game/ app.They appreciate how good the final product is.. how fun the game is.. that's why we always say "Work smart, not hard" 

To be honest, most players don't care about the money and effort that were invested in this game, so they take it for granted. But I believe that people can appreciate certain features and be grateful for them.
