How can regional offices get benefit from local practices and human capabilities?

Familiar culture and environment is always helpful to get benefits because everyone wants to understand the business in own ways where the communication plays a vital role to do the business as well we can understand their needs and requirement from the company....

i had that experience while i was working in same regional office by chinese company in my country. As for chinese, my country (pakistan) has totally different culture, buisness eniviorument, language from china.  but in short time, our company understand the locals and many great oppurtunities of doing good investment locally. how ? by communicating local companies , local traders , local buisnessmen , understand them the buisness system and culture of doing buisness according to the country's LAW.

once identify the best possible oppurtunity , then make a best plane and execute it rightly .
