CISA is the worthy certificate, however it doesn't mean that you will be able to carry the IT Audits. For comprehensive IT Audits, one should have good exposure to IT industry (Experience and Educational background). IT Audits in support to Financial Audits can be performed by Chartered Accountants with CISA certification, however there are other domains of IT which needs good knowledge and skill sets.
