if its a career entry job its supposed to have less- or no experience. over qualified people undertaking under qualified jobs. creates no - less jobs for freshers or career entry candidates. why do that?. i hope th recruiters take some light on that.
Sometimes (this is what I think) recruiters may post jobs with very high expectations in candidates. This is I think to encourage 'star' candidates. My strategy is that if you have the matching skill sents but not the no. years required, go ahead and apply.
Because, when age passes, on , and when , technology gain in rapid speed, they can not hold the pressure, so, most experience people, will choose, entry level job's , and qualified people, want to learn , more career oriented courses, to earn more money.
