How can a team leader improve the communication skills of his team and bring out the best in them?

be clear when giving instructions, make sure staff understand what is expected from them, encourage staff to be the best in what they do, motivate them by always assisting and give solutions to problems

We must have the Log book or elctronical report where all the actvities of the day be written down.

We must have the Daily instructions of which the team will lead by this instructions of what is required by the management.

The working rules of which all fo us will work within these guidlines

We can also use the telephone , Two ways radio and the Emails

You need to know the best ability of the people you're working with. They have to be felt comfortable working with you and your plans. only then you will be able to get them interested in your ways of execution of works.

According to motivate its advantages and communicate with them and make weekly meetings 

In-service training and incentive program with experts and motivational speakers 

by communicating with all the team members with good smile and good attitude.

Team leader must be confident to his/her position and having integrity is a good factor, if that so the team will admire the team leader and will do the their best. motivating them by knowing their best skills and communicating is a must as well to know whether the team is having concern that makes them speaks up and makes any suggestions or opinion on how the team will be working as one.

First of all, we should understand their level of understanding, Products & services knowledge, Their weaknesses and abilities prior to be in the front. treat to the root of their weaknesses and make their ability in to more successive way. That way team members will grow & glow like a gem. It's all in the game how you manage their mind set. As well as Financial freedom, Respecting team members suggestions and ideas, as well as be cool even any of your team member is angry or upset. Talk to them personally just after settling down. that way the staffs are in the right path with the right direction. 

Inculcate reading habit in them. Design team empowerment activities which encourhe age public/group speaking to enhance their confidence. let them express and allow them to make mistakes. By Making them believe that the improvement will and can surely happen , time may vary from person to person. Persistence and dedication will be the key besides keeping them motivated. Celebrate small milestones and positive developments

Regular constructive feedback meetings will enlighten their path. There should be time to talk together, which will encourage them to express themselves.
