What are the usual malfunctions of nurses?

At times "less caring" to the patients . Bringing personal problems on the job.

Some of the common malfunctions of the nurses today are:

Lack of compassion and empathy towards their clients.

Failure to render care holistically. 

Failure to thoroughly assess their clients.

Bringing up personal problems in workplace.

To sum it up, we nurses sometimes fail to give the quality care that our clients need but there are always room for development and let's always be reminded that we dealing lives as we do our jobs.

Not evaluating the patients conditions and not informing the complaints of the patients to the doctors and by answering the patients that it is normal.

Showing of some unusual gestures at the patients which may hurt the patients.

Not answering the patients questions with explainations

Not taking into account the priorities of patients

1. usual malfunctions secondary to overweight and or obesity. there is an auto-reaction amongst patients who reacts to be speculative at the sight of the their bedside nurse who appears to be "unhealthy".

2. cpmplacence  this accounts the majority in mal-functions in the nursing field.
