I want launch a startup project in CNC machining (design, manufacture) but I have no background in marketing, what is your advice as experts?

My advice is to partner up with another successful business person who has sales, marketing and startup background. From your question I understand that you have the technical expertise but not the business one. Then you should look for someone who has those qualifications and you can be 50-50 partners or any other percentage based on the funds and amount of efforts from both of you on both the technical side and the business side.
