Why does the construction market look for Civil Engineers more often than Architects in positions of Project Management in building construction?

سوق البناء المعروف لدى الكثير هو المبانى السكنيه ليست المشاريع الكبرى لذلك يتم اختيار المهندس المدنى لانه بما درسه سيستطيع تصميم رسمه لمنزل ما وكذلك تنفيذه "وان كان تصميم المعمارى افضل " فبذلك يتم توفير الاجر بدل من استخدام معمارى ومدنى

اما فى المشاريع الكبرى والشركات الهندسيه فلكل مجال له 

لذلك نحن لا نلوم العامه لعدم اختيار المعمارى 

رغم انى لست مهندسه معمارى او مدنى لكننى ومن خبرتى معهم ان اختيار المعمارى المتمرس والكفؤء جدا مهم فى عمليه الابنيه ثم اختيار المهندس المدنى لانالثانى يعتمد على وضع الاول للخطوط والدقه فى القياسات لينجح الثانى فى عمله

بحسب خبرتي المتواضعة في المجال الهندسي ... من حيث متطلبات  سوق العمل للمهندس الانشائي بدلا من المهندس المعماري في إدارة المشاريع  لإنشاء المباني  هي ان المهندس الانشائي قد يكون جريء في عملية اتخاذ القرار خلال عملية الانشاء من حيث المعطيات المتغيرة التي قد تحدث اثناء ذلك .... مثلا تعديل بعض التسليح او اي شيء مثل ذلك مما قد يوفر بعض الوقت  في عملية سير المشروع وذلك لمجاله الهندسي المخصص للإنشاء  على ان لا يؤثر ذلك في جوهر التصميم للمهندس المعماري . .. اما المهندس المعماري هنالك بعض الامور الفنية التي قد تتطلب اخذ الرأي فيها مع المهندس الانشائي وقد يكون القرار بيده .... وبالنهاية الاثنان جزء لا يتجزء من عملية النمو العمرانية فهما وجهان لعملة واحدة
