Is the job title worth negotiating for?

No. because it`s not important as the job itself ,Besides, the job title is only a position and dose not mean that the holder of the job title is better than me . I see it`s only a position for management purposes

Designation states your authoritive power in organization. And authority comes with responsibility a job has to perform the work parafranlia in the system. Surely it is worth negotiating equally important with other factors going hand in hand
