My previous employer of MPL Group, has brought in 2 of his brothers who were leading in their specialities working for different corporates, to take the already built sizable MPL forward. MPL become group because of their expertise. However, founder never supported them in any way at any stage just because they are his brothers. Alternatively, I was outsider when brought in and made progress over my speciality, I was shown as an example of leading by the founder to them and brothers did take positively.  

F & N is encorageable provided they are beneficial to the organisational growth rather personal growth.

sure, and as i mention in other answer some of this employees think that work will distribute his colleague’s, so work environment will not be good
