What will you do or advice user whom is unable to use numeric side of keyboard

i Will advise him using the numbers on the letters

use the top row keys for the timebeing. Turn over kyb and dust away any dirt stuck detwen keys. reboot PC. If stil face issue then replace it.

check the num lock was on or off so advise the same to make it work .
