Bismilahirahmanir rahim am apply for more then10000 jobs but i did not get replay form employer so i think BAYT MANAGEMENT WORK IS VERY VERY POOR because i have well experience but i did not get the call form employer so kindly improve your management With Regards Mr. Anies

First you have the right of evaluate yourself on your expereince m But All what you have to do is searching for Jobs and waiting for any reply , Maybe you didn't receive for any reasons ( Market Need for your field / Econimic Status / etc.... ) But its fact every one make search and waiting for the result to come later.
