Why do critical VLANs need to have low VLAN ID under the STP enabled environment?

stp is spanning tree protocolos .stp has stop the loop

 To increase priority of switch in STP enabled area. 

To prevent them to become root or designated ports, as they are criticals, if they become unavailable the the network perfomance´s become compromised.
