What is the future of Big Data and CRM?

Big data analytics will offer businesses powerful new tools, capable of identifying sales opportunities or analysing customers’ responses to a products. In addition big data will offer the main tools to provide companies with online customer experience interaction to satisfy the customer and help the companies in cross sell capabilities.

You would see that the world's future is Big Bata and CRM. Both public-governments and private sectors will be governed by Big Data and CRM. Sadly, only three or four companies will control Big Data the same way credit bureaus (in the USA) control all credit information and decisions on how banks and companies evaluate their clients.

The second issue is: are we the people or the public have anything to say about our private data or any issues related to our data?
