Improving employee productivity is about improving management practices . Following a model that trains, coaches, encourages and pushes the heart of your  employees to work out of their  passion not because they are being pushed to work out of obligation  but let them do their best out of their loyalty and own good will, give them responsibility and the power to take decisions let them feel the ownership to provoke the leaders inside them, using the secret steps of recognition when it’s warranted, respect employees as individuals, in addition to the job they do, appreciation, support " sharing the load" when it’s genuinely needed both in good and bad times expressing the high sense of team work,  sharing success stories and creating a role model, motivating them to self  development and continuous hunt of knowledge, Design economic incentives so employees at all levels can benefit from them. Provide meaningful feedback in a constructive manner on a regular basis even if its a negative feed back try to frame it in a positive light. Ensure senior leadership models behavior that makes the rank-and-file proud to be part of the team.  Be the leader that employee respect be the leader who “walk the talk,”  rather than “talking the walk” without actually walking it
