encysted hydrocele of the cord, lipoma of the cord, saphena varix, inguinal lymphadenopathy,

femoral hernia , lymphadenopathy , lipoma , hydrocelle ,

You should know age and sex to give accurate D.D but in general

 

undecent tests  

 

lymphadenopathy

 

lipoma

 

abscess

 

and if it reducible or not
